Here are a few things that you must keep in notice:

• All exchange and return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery of the order.

• Watlair products are built to last. In case of any build-related defect, we'll take your pair back up to 45 days from the date of delivery.

• Collection of the package shall be done from your delivery address, with no reverse shipping charges. Shoes must be in an unworn condition.

• All original packaging, including the outer protective box, must be preserved and sealed before handing over to the shipping agent.

• Refunds shall be processed after the product reaches back to us.
