mentioning your order number, and we'll take it up from there, with a response within 48 hours.

Here are a few things that you must keep in notice:

  • Any exchange or return message should be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return messages should mention the reason. Exchange can be done for both size and colour.

  • If your shoe develops a structural fault, we’ll accept a return up to 45 days of delivery, no matter whether it has been worn. This does not cover wear marks caused by normal use.

  • For standard returns/exchanges, the pair must be in a resellable condition for it to be accepted. Collection shall be done from the address of delivery and no reverse shipping charges shall be applicable.

  • All original packaging, including the outer protective box, must be preserved and sealed before handing over to the courier person.

  • Refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days after the product reaches us and passes inspection.
